privacy
scry is run by scry (company name pending). Short version: we keep the reels you send us, your Instagram username, and how your deck does in duels. That's it.
what we collect
When you message @scry.feed on Instagram, Meta sends us your Instagram-scoped user ID, your username, and the messages you send (reel links, captions, text). We store links and captions to build your cards. We do not download or re-host anyone's video; reels play through the platform's official embed.
On the site we store a login cookie and, if you judge duels without an account, a random voter ID so nobody can stuff the ballot.
what's public
Your username, your deck, and your duel record are public. Judges never see whose deck they're judging until after they vote.
what we never do
We never ask for your Instagram password, never post as you, never DM you first, and never sell your data.
deleting
DM "delete" to @scry.feed or follow the steps on the data deletion page and we wipe your deck, cards and messages.
